How to delete your account

You can permanently delete your LongevityMate account from the web app or the mobile app. The deletion applies across both platforms.

Important

Deletion is permanent

Once confirmed, your LongevityMate account and its linked data are deleted and the action cannot be undone.

Web app

Delete your account on the web

  1. 1Sign in to the LongevityMate web app.
  2. 2Open Settings, then go to Account & Privacy.
  3. 3Type DELETE, tick the confirmation box, and select Delete account and data.

Mobile app

Delete your account on mobile

  1. 1Open the LongevityMate mobile app and stay signed in.
  2. 2Go to Settings and scroll to Delete Account.
  3. 3Type DELETE, tick the confirmation box, and tap Delete account and data.

What data is deleted

Deleting your account removes the personal data and account content tied to your LongevityMate profile.

  • Your profile details and login-linked account record
  • Biomarker results, uploads, reports, and saved plan inputs
  • Goals, settings, and app data linked to your account
  • Stored files tied to your account, including report PDFs and lab uploads

Retention

Most account data is removed right away. A small amount of information can remain only where required for operational or legal reasons.

  • Deletion removes your account from active LongevityMate systems straight after confirmation.
  • Payment processors may retain limited billing records where required by law.
  • Encrypted backups may persist for a short time before final purge.
