Frequently asked questions

How does the $1 trial work?

You pay $1 to start 7 days of LongevityMate access. After day 7, your selected monthly or annual plan renews through Stripe unless you cancel renewal first.

Do I need to get new blood work done?

No. Just upload any existing blood test results from your doctor, a private clinic, or a home testing kit. We support PDFs from major labs, plus CSV and manual entry. If your results are less than 12 months old, they are good enough to start.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel in your account settings with one click. No calls, no penalty, no fuss.

Do I need to use my real name?

No. We only ask for an email and a nickname so you recognize your reports. Your lab results are tied to your account, not your legal name.

What do you analyze and track?

We use an Essential biomarker panel that unlocks eight scored health categories and covers biological age, then track 300+ biomarkers over time so you can see what’s improving.

Which wearables do you support?

LongevityMate connects through Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android. That means many devices that already sync into those platforms, such as Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch, Garmin, Oura, WHOOP, Fitbit, Withings, Polar, Dexcom, and FreeStyle Libre, can flow into LongevityMate through those channels. Availability can vary by device, platform, and region.

What data do you use to personalize my plan?

Only the data you provide or authorize: lab reports (PDF/CSV or manual entry), your health goals, onboarding answers (sleep, activity, diet, stress, medical conditions, medications/supplements), and optional wearable metrics (sleep, activity, heart rate/HRV).

What makes LongevityMate different from other health apps?

Most trackers stop at steps and calories. We anchor your plan to blood biomarkers, then combine that with wearable and lifestyle context to deliver clear priorities, a health score, and Mate, an AI Longevity Agent that answers questions using your data.

Is this medical advice?

No. We provide educational insights and coaching suggestions grounded in your biomarkers. Please consult your healthcare professional for medical advice.
