كيفية حذف حسابك
يمكنك حذف حساب LongevityMate الخاص بك بشكل دائم من تطبيق الويب أو التطبيق المحمول. ينطبق الحذف عبر كلا النظامين.

الحذف دائم
بمجرد التأكيد، سيتم حذف حسابك في LongevityMate وبياناته المرتبطة، ولا يمكن التراجع عن هذا الإجراء.
Web app
احذف حسابك على الويب
- 1Sign in to the LongevityMate web app.
- 2Open Settings, then go to Account & Privacy.
- 3Type DELETE, tick the confirmation box, and select Delete account and data.
Mobile app
احذف حسابك على الهاتف المحمول
- 1Open the LongevityMate mobile app and stay signed in.
- 2Go to Settings and scroll to Delete Account.
- 3Type DELETE, tick the confirmation box, and tap Delete account and data.
ما هي البيانات المحذوفة
Deleting your account removes the personal data and account content tied to your LongevityMate profile.
- Your profile details and login-linked account record
- Biomarker results, uploads, reports, and saved plan inputs
- Goals, settings, AI chat history, and app data linked to your account
- Connected health and wearable data stored in LongevityMate
- Stored files tied to your account, including report PDFs and lab uploads
الاحتفاظ
Most account data is removed right away. A small amount of information can remain only where required for operational or legal reasons.
- Deletion removes your account from active LongevityMate systems straight after confirmation.
- Payment processors may retain limited billing records where required by law.
- Encrypted backups may persist for a short time before final purge.
