Как да изтриете акаунта си

Можете да изтриете за постоянно вашия акаунт LongevityMate от уеб приложението или мобилното приложение. Изтриването важи и за двете платформи.

Изтриването е окончателно

След като бъде потвърден, вашият акаунт LongevityMate и свързаните с него данни се изтриват и действието не може да бъде отменено.

Web app

Изтрийте акаунта си в мрежата

  1. 1Sign in to the LongevityMate web app.
  2. 2Open Settings, then go to Account & Privacy.
  3. 3Type DELETE, tick the confirmation box, and select Delete account and data.

Mobile app

Изтрийте акаунта си на мобилно устройство

  1. 1Open the LongevityMate mobile app and stay signed in.
  2. 2Go to Settings and scroll to Delete Account.
  3. 3Type DELETE, tick the confirmation box, and tap Delete account and data.

Какви данни се изтриват

Deleting your account removes the personal data and account content tied to your LongevityMate profile.

  • Your profile details and login-linked account record
  • Biomarker results, uploads, reports, and saved plan inputs
  • Goals, settings, AI chat history, and app data linked to your account
  • Connected health and wearable data stored in LongevityMate
  • Stored files tied to your account, including report PDFs and lab uploads

Задържане

Most account data is removed right away. A small amount of information can remain only where required for operational or legal reasons.

  • Deletion removes your account from active LongevityMate systems straight after confirmation.
  • Payment processors may retain limited billing records where required by law.
  • Encrypted backups may persist for a short time before final purge.
