A simple 8-minute mobility routine
Choose two or three movements limited in your real life or training. Warm up for two minutes, then perform 1-2 controlled sets of 6-10 repetitions through a comfortable range鈥攆or example ankle rocks, supported deep squats, split-squat reaches and wall shoulder slides.
